On a rainy day that looks a great idea if I have to travel 200m in Vienna from the rail station to the office door inthe tipping rain since they have provided lifts from car parks but not covered walkways from the station hence people are biased to drive to work to keep dry but this is a great answer and reminds me of the sinclair c5 actually but these look more waterproof
